The present Doodle, shown by Indonesia-based visitor craftsman Isa Indra Permana, celebrates iconic Indonesian actor, comedian, singer, songwriter, writer, director, and producer Benyamin “Bang Ben” Sueb, who advocated Jakarta, Indonesia’s Betawi culture as the star of in excess of 50 motion pictures and writer of more than 300 unique tunes. On this day in 2018, Jakarta introduced Benyamin Sueb Park, a social community committed to maintaining the Betawi legacy to which Sueb dedicated such an extensive amount his life.
