Ashley McBryde, Dan + Shay, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Combs, Sam Hunt and Thomas Rhett lead the 2020 CMT Music Awards selections, which CMT reported on Wednesday (Sept. 23).
The six specialists have three selections each, spreading over classifications, for example, video of the year, male video of the year, female video of the year and advancement video of the year. 2020’s service additionally incorporates The Chicks who got their first CMT designation since 2007.
Blanco Brown, Caylee Hammack, Gabby Barrett, Ingrid Andress, Riley Green and Travis Denning are among the current year’s first-time candidates.
The 2020 CMT Music Awards will air on October 21 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on CMT with a simulcast across MTV, MTV2, Logo, Paramount Network, Pop TV and TV Land. Every champ is chosen by the fans, with casting a ballot open now at vote.cmt.com.
